Hi,

I have a database that will be used by two different properties at the same time. We like to keep the information separated by property. I have it set up so that when you use your id number it automatically looks up your property and places that code into the property field. it works via lookup to an employee database. It works fine with my ADMIN account, but I can't get it to work with anyone else's account, it always comes up blank. I have the privleges set up so that everyone should have access to that Employee database table so I can't figure out why it's not working like the ADMIN account? Is there something I am not understanding? Does it matter if it's a remote log in over a network? Please help me as this is a vital part of our system.

Okay, I think I figured out part of the problem.... I have an auto-input field to look up the location of the employee, however, I also have it set so a person can only view information from your location. The problem is that because you are only allowed to view information from your location, it is somehow interfering with the auto-input of that location. Any suggestions?
