Yes, it is 5003 by default for FMP as well.

Incidentally, if you'd like to see your ports in use, open up FMP7 and allow network sharing with TCP/IP. Then from a command line, type NETSTAT and you'll see all the ports open locally, as well as the ports open on remote machines that are accessing your 5003.

Perhaps you're already aware, but there are issues involved in running FM databases across a network without using Server. Most people recommend against it, though it can be done. Of course, there's always a budget to think about, but just consider it. :
