how do i put a " in a calculation field

for example i want the field Title to take whatever is in the field titletemp and put it in quotes.

" " " & titletemp & " " "

is what i want logically but it doesn't recognize a quote withing quotes.

it just sees 3 quotes.

Use the following:

"""" & titletemp & """"

That's a series of four double-quote marks on each side.
