Scripts in FM 5 (Classic) vs Scripts in FM 7

Featured Replies

Currently we are using FM 5 and all computers are running in Mac Classic OS (At least 9.1, most 9.2.2). We have placed opening scripts under the Apple menu and this is where endusers are used to looking in order to connect to the files on the server. How will they connect in 7 using OS X? I assume creating the scripts is pretty similar. I just need to know where to put them, and how endusers will access it. I have yet to work in FM 7, so I apologize for the newbie question, but any insight will be greatly appreciated.

You can have a main menu layout which all users see initially; i.e., upon starting FM, direct the users to the main menu layout. Scripts will be attached to the buttons on this layout.
