Creating a Global Value in a field

Hi all,

I am new to the list, so this is my first post.

Anyway, I have a photo DB of 1000+ images that I would like to set one field with a certain value. How do I do this globaly or evertime I enter a new record? I am not a programmer so forgive me for not knowing how to script this.

Well you can use a Global field to set a global value or use an Auto-Entered Data to set a value everytime you create a new record.

However without knowing what you are intending to do, we cannot accurately tell you what to do to accomplish this.
