Is there any way to select/copy/paste the plain text information in a "Merge Field" so it could be quickly exported to another application? For example I set up a merge field with <<contact>><<company>><<Phone>> ... which works well. But I cannot select the information to copy it over to my email program. Any and all ideas would be appreciated. Don

There are actually three merge fields in your example, not one. You will need either a calculation field concatenating the three or a global field set via script with a calculation in order to combine the three fields for exporting or copying/pasting.
