My setup is a mixture of Mac & PC FileMaker Pro 7 Clients accessing a database stored on FileMaker Server 7 (Mac OS X Panther Server).

I have set up an IT Helpdesk Call Logging database and I am requiring a solution for the calculation of call logging and response times taking in to account the night hours between close of business and the following morning, weekends and bank holidays.

For example, we currently have fields called: -

Call Log Time

No, just change your calculation to take into account night hours. So use 5:30 first then add the morning time - 9:00.
