I need some help with Filemaker Pro 7, and was wondering if anybody can help me out.

I have a drop down list of about 20 hospitals in my database.

I want to make it so so that if a user clicks on the hospital name, the address and phone number are automatically filled out?

Is this possible, and if so, how?

Make you fields auto enter via a lookup. You will need to establish a relationship to the table of hospital data.

To extend Ralph's suggestion in case you're unclear ... create a new table occurence of that table. Join on their unique ID using =

Then set those fields as Lookup. Be sure to select this new relationship in the top dropdown and you'll be in biz!!
