Communication loss with host

I am using Server Advance for iwp and to login to the host. When I login to the host I am disconnected after a short time of working on the File. We found the switches were fried and replaced them. I thought that would solve the problem but it didn't. Can anyone help? I don't know what else to do. Filemaker says that everything is set up fine.

You don't get the same disconnect with the FMP clients? It could be the web server then...

iwp works fine, it is the fmp clients that get disconnected. I think it has something to do with the network but I have no clue what it could be. I'm getting frustrated with being kicked out so often. I need help.
