Hi,

There are times when I want to make a few minor adjustments to a filemaker layout I'm about to print, but it's going to be a one time thing and I don't want to go in and change the layout. I have an instinct to click and drag to select the whole page and copy/paste it into word. Of course, you can't do that... Is there a way to do this?

The only thing I can think to do is print it as a pdf and then use text recognition software to generate an rtf file from the pdf, but that is tedious at best.

Seems like this would be a useful functionality, what do you say?

Duplicate the layout, make your changes, do your printout, and then delete the layout when you are finished.
