Hi, I used to have a nice filemaker pro 4 file on my mac but the machine died and i bought an ibm with windows xp, where i installed a filemaker pro 5. Now the original layout doesn't fit to the papersize anymore (up to three times the size of the paper to print on). I can't find anything to reduce the whole layout, and I don't want to redraw the whole thng. Any ideas? thanks

Most of the problems you are experiencing, I believe can be chalked up to the difference in the way the two platforms describe fonts.

If you do a search of the Forums ("All Forums"), using the Keywords (Search Words) +font +cross +platform (as I have typed them including the +) and pot a blank in the "Weeks" it returns 133 hits.

Here is one of them, that is as good place any to start. Just click on the Thread name to go. Develop on PC, run on Mac?
