Find & display duplicate records once

How do I search and display so that duplicate records only show once (FM 4.0)? My searches often produce several records for the same person and sometimes I need to show only one record for each person.

Create a layout with no body, just a Sub-summary when sorted by name. Put the name field on it. After doing a find, switch to this layout, sort by name, and enter Preview mode.
