January 27, 200521 yr (The platform option is a bit spooky. Client uses NT4/Citrix - not in list.) FileA is part of a large (20 file) db. FileB is just a hanger on. FileA runs a script which finds a set of records and then calls a script in FileB which imports the found set from FileA. The FileA script then finds a subset of the previously found set (Find(Constrain set)) and repeats the call external script in FileB to import this lot of records. All fairly straightforward, I would have thought. Note that the second import might not happen (in fact usually doesn't.) So we have Import A and, maybe, Import B. After the import, no matter which is last, FileA closes. Any ideas? Please, no more than 10 seconds thought. Whole network is a shambles and soon (please, please, pretty please!) to be upgraded.
January 27, 200521 yr Is this in FMP 6 or 7? I had the same type of behavior in FMP 7. I installed the latest update and it went away. It was a bug in the program. HTH John
