Getting kicked out of filemaker, error 1072

We use filemaker on a dual processor G4. 25 people use the databases in our building, but the databases are also accessed from the internet via lasso and webstar. After being in the database for about 20 minutes you are likely to get kicked out and get the error message: communication with the host has been interrupted and could not be re-established. error 1072. Any help to stop this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks cool.gif

What version of FM are you using ?

Is it a server version ?

Does everyone experience this problem ?

Is sounds to me that you might have a network problem. Using wireless connections ?

If the server is used for other applications e.g. fileserver, webserver, this could have influence on the speed and allso the disconnect issue.
