Two seperate portals appear but the data is not visible under both the teacher and pupil groups. Why do these two portals only display data under the master password? Lee Smith Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 Download a Demo of StuffIt, it will allow you to use the .zip format, the preferred compaction format for this list. To prepare the files, be sure to remove any sensitive data, and pare the number of records down to just a sample of what you have. alitheg Posted February 1, 2005 Author Share Posted February 1, 2005 Thanks everyone, but I found out what was happening. I never did work out why it was only 2 of 3 users, but the relationship was set to 'delete related record when delete record in this file', so whenever I deleted a record, the portal records were disappearing.
