Rochelle_505 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 Is there a way to view and print my relationships? Do I have to go to every database or will the master print all my relationships??
-Queue- Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 You have to view each individually. Maximize each relationship window and use the Print Screen (PrtScr) button, then open a Word doc (or something else into which you can paste) and paste. Repeat for each file and print when desired.
Rochelle_505 Posted January 31, 2005 Author Posted January 31, 2005 I was hoping there was a way to print all the tables and relationships like in Access, to show the exact layout. Thanks for the info, I will try that.
RalphL Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 The attached utility does not give an E-R diagram but it will give you a printout with details of your relations. The file you want to document must be open. You see a list of allopen database files. Add a record type one of the database names into the top field. You should see a list of relationships. Click on the Relations button and the portal will be filled in. Repeat this for each file. Then click on the Report button. This give you a printout of all the relations.
