can someone please help me? i'm tied up...

i have 2 databases (dbA and dbB). dbA contains a unique field number for every record. dbB has several records related with one unique record in dbA.

question: how can i define a field in dbA to view a summary of all the checkboxed values from a value list for every related record in dbB?

i hope my question isn't as lousy as my filemaker knowledge...

Create a value list in dbA based on the related dbB field. Then use an unstored calculation of ValueListItems( Status(CurrentFileName), "yourvaluelist" ) for a unique return-delimited list of related values.

Of course, if I relate with "only related values" instead of an external list...
