IP address shows on some machines, no PC's

I'll start by saying I'm probably not the one that should be setting up this machine, however, I am. Drat.

Setup OS X, one machine, FMPS and advanced.

Every Mac I've went to I can enter the IP address and see the default Apache screen (every one but mine). I can't see it on any PC, get an error, same as on my Mac.

No IP address conflicts exist. Not sure where to start looking.

Just as a note I can Timbuktu to another machine from mine and Timbuktu from that machine and into the server fine, I can't Timbuktu directly into the server from mine. No Timbuktu license conflicts.

Any direction or suggestions would be appreciated.
