DeborahW Posted February 10, 2005 Share Posted February 10, 2005 On some of my layouts ONLY the Portal data and auto entered data is showing up in Preview mode but everything prints OK when I print it to the printer. What do you suppose is going on? I guess that's better than the reverse situation, but I'd like the option of using preview and being able to rely on what I see. RalphL Posted February 11, 2005 Share Posted February 11, 2005 Are you printing from the same layout that you are previewing? Make another layout just like the problem one from scratch. Creating an entire new layout from scratch will be much easier said than done -). If I have time I will try to do this but it would be nice to know what is wrong so that I don't do it again. FMDuck Posted April 6, 2005 Share Posted April 6, 2005 Have you checked for updated printer drivers? Isn't the 4+ an older printer? I don't know how the preview interacts with driver, but I would try it on a different printer and you may need to consider a new printer. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
