I am trying to track the number of leaves an employee took in any particular time. So say he takes 2 weeks leaves from Jul 1 2001 up to July 14 2001. But in terms of business days he is actually only taking 10 days leaves(after discounting the weekends). How do I approach this problem? Thanks in advance. I hope I have stated my question clear enough. Henry
