Can you attach your file? That might help someone to see how you're doing the lookup.

In response to the perfectly valid request for the files involved - I have good news and bad news (depending on how I look at it) B)

"Bad" News - Since the application is pretty complex already and under a non-disclosure, I can't post the file itself, so I had to create an example, which I've attached.

"Good" News - The example works perfectly - so I'm still left with the mystery. If anyone has any suggestions (based on my previous posting) as to what might be wrong - I'd greatly appreciate the suggestions.

Thanks,

Mark

You can use the [ code ] [ /code ] tag for posting data exactly as entered, i.e. the number of spaces you use will not be convereted to a single one.

Example:

Staff_ID 1 2 3

Staff_First_Name Joe Sally Melvin

Staff_Last_Name Smith Jones Qui

Staff_Full_Name Joe Smith Sally Jones Melvin Qui

Of course, figuring out how many spaces to use is still an issue of trial and error. But at least the end result is nicer.
