I think I've got the idea of sliding the fields into my head after a lot of trial and error. However, I can't find a way of reducing the body size. Some of the records I've got only have a small amount of information in them whilst others have oodles. Consequently, some of my entries on my report need to be one line deep whilst others need to be half a page.

I'd really appreciate some help!

When you select "Siding up" for the objects in the part, also check the box to "Also reduce the size of the enclosing part." If you have a separator line below your fields, you'll need to slide this up too.

I've done that but I still can't seem to get it to reduce in size. I've tried selecting everything and filling in the right boxes but everything remains the same size. Its just sooooo frustrating!

Make the sure the bottom of the body is snug against the bottom-most field in the body. It won't necessarily slide up past blank screen space.
