Network Protocol Options not showing up.....

When fm is put on various machines you can't choose a protocol option. The only thing that shows up in the drop down list is <none>. I know the network is functional. You can log onto the novell server and you can browse the internet, therefore I know TCP/IP is installed and functional. Anyone got any ideas why it won't show up on some machines?

It sounds like the network option was not selected when FileMaker was installed. If it is an MSI install, the network option was not included in the PDF file.
