Another portal filtering question!

Hi,

I'm working on a library project, and at the moment, a portal is showing all the loans by a certain person. However, I don't want it to show loans which have been returned. I have a checkbox graphic that indicates whether the book has been returned or not ( 1 = Not returned, 2 = Returned). How would this be possible?

I have attached the file in it's current state if anyone needs to have a look.

Any help would be appreciated.

Add a number field set to 1. Use this field with the checkbox field in Loans to make an AND relationship with the existing candidate number. Now only the books currently on loan will show in the portal.

Here is your file, I made some new relationships with Current as part of their name. I also added the field I suggested. I made the portal use the new relationships.

Hopefully my final question... I hate asking questions

When a loan is returned, the copy of the book then becomes available. However, on the books portal which shows all the copies of each book, it still shows the loan information. Is there any way to still display the information about the copy, but not the loan?

I have reworked your graph. What I try to do is make a TOG for each layout. I have done this with your file and added the filter to show only current loans.
