Sari Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 Hi, Several scripts have just suddenly stopped working; they've been up and running for the last few months, I took a fortnight off work and whilst I was away, they decided to take time off too. Trouble is, I've come back and they haven't. Any ideas?

BrentHedden Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 Either someone is being really funny and changed SOMEthing with the scripts or data that the scripts manipulate, and/or someone else (with good intentions) tried to modify the script(s) to "make them better". Easy suggestion - revert back to a version that was working. That is, if you keep backups.

Ted S Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 Sari, You need to provide more details. What kinds of things do these scripts do? Are they FileMaker scripts or are the external to FileMaker but connected somehow. How do they get initiated? Are you running standalone or networked? Are you running FM Server? Mac only or Windows too? We can't help because your question is too vague.
