two different sets of records on one layout??

Featured Replies

Hello Together,

I didn't really know where to post this so I guessed Finding&Searching comes closest.

Here's the deal: I have two related databases, one called TOURS contains all my customer records, the other one called HOTELS contains 15 different hotels that I use on a trip.

Now I perform a search for participants on a certain trip. Everything works fine and the found records from TOURS show up in the file HOTELS. But how do I manage to create records in HOTLES for my 15 different hotels? I already have the set of found customer records, different layouts each named after the individual hotel name doesn't work, placing the hotel names in the header doesn't work, how do I do this? Am I just overlooking something very very simple??

Thanks,

Andy
