I learned a lot from the material and I think that I will be returning to it time and again as new projects come into my life. Rich has presented great suggestions and demonstrations and examples that can be used in many settings. I really think that I have gotten a "handle" on some issues that were passing way too swiftly "over my head" before progressing through this training series. Now, I feel like I'm finally beginning to understand FileMaker Pro 7.

It claimed to be an "In-depth, hands-on training for experienced FileMaker developers ready to move to FileMaker 7," and it easily met that claim. I would suggest that it is much more than that and should be considered an excellent resource for improving one's FileMaker skills no matter what level of expertise already exists.
