How do I do the filemaker 7 script (Select Window) in filemaker 6? I have a script which is opening the window but not making it the active window.

Try a Refresh Window script step, with the Bring To Front button checked.

I had some problems a couple weeks ago, where I had to actually call a Halt Scripts step, to keep the file up front. Even though the calling script (from another file) did not have any more steps, when it returned to complete its script (doing nothing), FileMaker brought the other file to the front. Strange stuff.

Might have had something to do with the Terminal Server, but I have only seen it happen in that one case.
