Printing from multiple layouts

Hi!

I've written a multi-layout database to produce customised forms showing client data. The Script I've written outputs a seperate page (up to 68 pages in all) for each call which works fine when printing directly to a local printer. Unfortunately my brief has now changed - I have to produce a print/file (or .pdf) containg all pages for printing either at a later time or at a distance. I'm not sure I've explained this well - at the moment I generate say 68 individual .pdf files that can be printed as and when, what I want to do is generate one file containing all 68 pages (made up from a number of Layouts). Can this be done and, if so, how? confused.gif

You could merge all the separate PDFs together into one file. I've done it on PCs, but I don't know Macs, so I couldn't tell you about Mac plugins. Maybe someone else will jump in here.

Hi Brian

Many thanks - I have done similar things when web designing. Is there any scripting available to simplyfy the process?
