March 30, 200520 yr Newbies Hi! I've written a multi-layout database to produce customised forms showing client data. The Script I've written outputs a seperate page (up to 68 pages in all) for each call which works fine when printing directly to a local printer. Unfortunately my brief has now changed - I have to produce a print/file (or .pdf) containg all pages for printing either at a later time or at a distance. I'm not sure I've explained this well - at the moment I generate say 68 individual .pdf files that can be printed as and when, what I want to do is generate one file containing all 68 pages (made up from a number of Layouts). Can this be done and, if so, how?
March 31, 200520 yr You could merge all the separate PDFs together into one file. I've done it on PCs, but I don't know Macs, so I couldn't tell you about Mac plugins. Maybe someone else will jump in here. Steve
