Previewing in Microsoft Word

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of a plug in that opens your preview letters in microsoft word?

Or how to do this if it is not a plug in? I someone demonstrating a database and when they did a print preview the text was merged into word which allowed it to be edited.
