Nursedad Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 Greetings from a new FM7 user! The registration template that ships stock with FM7 is perfect for the training that I facilitate at my company. I would like to add one more little piece of functionality to it however and would like some guidance. All I want to do is create a field that will display the total number of registrants for any particular event. I assume that this will be a calculation field with some type of sum function. However, I'm not sure how to go about formatting this in FM7. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help. - - Jeff
RalphL Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 In the Events table add a calculated number field Attendance = Count ( Registrations Event ID::Contact ID ). You can place this field in the Form View under Registrations.
