popup list only!

I have a question? I have a databse with a field that has a popup list from a value list ....is their any way to only enter one of the choices from the list? In other words, they can only pick from the list and not enter anything else.

Can someone help?

2 ways: Using a popup MENU, or by using validation. The popup menu is by far the simplest of the two.

Or both... set the field validation so the entry must be a member of the value list.
