Allow User Abort isn't working! Ugh!

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I have a script that pauses with a small popup window, and uses Pause/Resume and Allow User Abort [Off] to lock the window from being closed. The issue I'm having is that the small popup window locks, an I'm not able to run other scripts. However, a user can close the application to get out of if.

I checked help, and confirmed that Allow User Abort [Off] is supposed to prevent that.

Thanks

Under Windows, the user can close the application while a script is paused. I hate it too but that's the way it is. Probably an OS thing.

Users can also end the task too, so it's not really anything unexpected.

Plan for it.
