I have developed my system to run in kiosk mode to strictly control what the user can or cannot do. I have just realise that by clicking the right hand mouse key they have access to various options ( one of which is delete record which scared the pants off me).

Does anyone know of a way of controlling the mouse button functions within FMP whilst leaving the right hand button functioning as normal outside of FMP

I think if you change the Available menu commands to 'Minimal' or 'None' in the user's access privileges, this will also limit access on those contextual menus.
