Problems after user forced to change password

Featured Replies

I have a two file solution that users are required to change passwords every month. Yesterday two users were required to change passwords and those two users experienced problems soon after. One portal that displayed related files by a date match no longer worked, nothing seen in the portal. Examination revealed that the fields that the match occurred were correctly filled and data should have been shown. From another account, the portal was showing correct data. Changing the problem account to full privileges made the portal fill with correct data, changing back to limited priveledges, portal now full with correct data. The other problem account still was not showing the data, which had the same limited privs. The other four accounts with the same limited privs that did not have to change PWord never had difficulty showing the data. I created a new account with the same limited privs, no problems. Required new account to change PWord at next login, which I did but no prob's showing data. This limited priv set has limited layout and records, nothing custom though.

Seems that forcing user to change PWord at the 30 day interval caused some weird limitation of either access to field or table such that the relationship would not show data in the portal. All fixed now, but I wonder what will happen when the next user is forced to change PWord.

Any hints?
