How to Find using Sum field

Hello,

I have a donation database and I want to find donors whose total donations for a given period is >= $500. Donors do give more than once in any period thus their total donations may be more or less than $500. How do I find the subset of donations that have a total donation of $500 or more for a given period of time?

So, in english: Show me all donations where the total donation is equal to or greater than $500 and the donation date is between 01/01/2003 and 01/01/2004.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan Gronwald

How is the database set up? Do you have one file that has donors and their donation, or two files, one with donors and another related file with all donations?
