Now new guidelines on their side require me to carry a professional liability insurance (errors and omissions insurance). Lee Smith Posted May 2, 2005 Share Posted May 2, 2005 Hi Fran, I've had to provide this kind of coverage in the past when contracting with a Public Entity. You should be able to get a name and phone number from them, as they have probably had this requirement for a long time. It was [color:"red"] Not cheap, but I included it as part of my retainer fee.
