cant access remote files over internet anymore

After coming back from some holidays i cant access remote files over internet any longer.

During the holiday I did upgrade to 10.3.9

Any ideas appreciated, Thanks

just some other comments; I have discovered can't access computers on the remote network anymore either. We run a VPN. Seems like is something to do with 10.3.9 rather than filemaker

UPADTE: is fixed - was a VPN issue
