December 1, 200124 yr Off the top of my head, probably the easiest way to do this is to Go To Related Records-->Show Only Related. Then do a subsummary by product to get the product totals. HTH Old Advance Man
December 2, 200124 yr Author Thankyou for answering, but that wouldn't have been the right answer for me. I needed it for a report so I had to see all the products on the sheet with the right summary. When you perform a goto related that doesn't work. I solved it with the 'get summary function'. Greetz.
December 3, 200124 yr Hi Michele, I think you could solve the problem without GetSummary. Rather, simply create a summarized report - using SubSummary parts by product and a field defined to be a Summary field (Total of Qty). Perhaps this would simplify? Good luck,
