File opens by itself, in limited privil.acc. only

In "File Options" I set my FP7 file to open in a limited account especially made up for Instant Web Publishing. Now when reopening the file FP7 starts with an error message "Filemaker cannot share files over the Web because Instant Web Publishing could not be started".

After hitting "OK" the file opens by itself, in the LIMITED PRIVILEGE account, without asking for account name and password.

Thus the File/Define options are greyed out, no way to reach the Full Access account and the necessary "File Options".

Fortunately I made a back-up right before, but I still would like to know how to solve the problem, how to get back to Full Access in this file.

Any ideas are welcome.

To open with a password, launch the FileMaker application, then go to File-->Open and navigate to the file you want to open. Hold down shift+ctrl (I think that's right - on the Mac it's Shift+cmd - regardless it's the same key combination next to "Open Remote" in the menu) and double-click on the file you want to open. It will ask for your username and password, and you can log in with full privileges..

Thank you Stanley and Lee.

I did not realize that this "When opening this file" option results in AUTOMATIC login.

Now I know for the future.

After successfully having used the solution you gave me, I found out that upon validation there is a pop-up dialog indicating the "shift" solution (works also with "shift+ctrl"). Obviously I had taken the dialog too lightly, I skipped it without paying attention. It taught me a lesson.
