Brad Neal Posted May 17, 2005 Posted May 17, 2005 New as of 4/20/05, that is. 1. New in Web plug-in 7.0v5 1.1. Instant Web Publishing now displays 25 records per screen in View as List, and 50 records per screen in View as Table. This change is not documented in Instant Web Publishing Help. 1.2. Fixed a problem that prevented you from creating a related record at the same time you create a new master record. 1.3. Updated several error strings to be more informative. 1.4. Stability improvements. Here's the link: http://fmdl.filemaker.com/MISC/Win/fm_70v3_win_iwp.zip -Brad
BobWeaver Posted May 17, 2005 Posted May 17, 2005 Thanks for posting this. I think there has been some confusion about the update and the fix for the 5 record limit in list mode. The update is available for both Mac and Windows. On the FMI web site, it is ambiguously referred to as the Filemaker Pro/Developer 7.0v3 IWP update, which may cause users who have already updated to Filemaker 7.0v3 to think they have the latest version of IWP. The IWP update is different and is actually version 7.0v5 for both Mac and Win.
Newbies whung Posted May 24, 2005 Newbies Posted May 24, 2005 Thanks for the Info. I updated my WinXP machine and the portal records are working just fine. Since you have to leave the file open for access, I didn't want to have the file on my machine. I install FMPro 7.0v3 on Win2000 Server, it seems to be able to do the IWP. However, I ran the update on the Win2K server it doesn't seem to take the update. Do you know if this is only good on WinXP client machines and not for Win2K server machines? Does anybody know of a work around for the Win2K server if that is the case? Register certain dlls on the update packet? Thanks for the help.
Newbies summertime Posted June 8, 2005 Newbies Posted June 8, 2005 Does it fix the stretched images in container fields?
