I am having problem getting my export function to work while accessing a database in internet explorer. Is this function even available? If so please let me know how to make it work.

Turn on the option to display whether script steps are web compatible. You'll see that the export script step is not.

You can run non-compatible IWP script steps with WebTrigger from www.fmplugin.com
