Hi all:

I remember seeing a demonstration by FileMaker staff last year of hooking up a digital camera (on the Mac only, they pointed out) and automatically importing images into FMP. I was wondering if it was possible to hook a camera up and, when on a given record, take a photo and automatically place it into a container. I can't try to figure this out myself as I don't have a camera at the moment.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just tried that and it works just like you said it should!

Create a container field > Import Records > Import > Digital Camera Source.

This is a very cool idea for recording jobsite data.
