Script to Import XML Data

Featured Replies

Hi, I was re-directed over to this section. I need help writing a script to import some XML Data. I have an XSLT file that takes the weather data from the NOAA website and I am currently able to import the data when I manually do the import through the File menu. However, I want to be able to simply click a button that performs a script which accomplishes the same thing, but I don't know how to do this, as I don't see which option to use to create the script. Thanks for your help!

I just wanted to say that I figured this out. What I did was to Import Records command in the script. Then I chose to specify an XML source in the specify file area, and then entered the Http source and XSLT file. Hope this helps anyone else who was trying to figure this out.
