hello. newb question. I'm trying to create an invoice and i need one field to list all the file numbers off each of the invoices. so the invoice has a list of files. stupid question/? thanks.

Without having much of a clue as to what you're talking about (you need a field in the invoice to list something from all the invoices???), I suggest you look at creating related files and using portals -- I won't explain the whole process, but you can go through any of several very good manuals available at your local bookstore.
