I am trying to create a telephone directory, and I would like to display the page number and the ranges of entries on a given page in the header and/or footer. Assuming page 23 went from John Smith to Barbara Summers the header or footer would display something like:

23 - SMI - SUM

Obviously, the definition of the header part is it displays data from the first displayed record and the definition of the footer is it displays data from the last. How can one get around this?
