Popups from multiple input fields

Attached is a zipped folder containing two FM7 files. They demonstrate a method of generating a value list, e.g. for popups, which is generated from two input fields rather than just one.

In the first example the two fields are in a single table and the second example the input fields are from two tables related to a third. In these examples only related records are used but this can be changed to display all of the values one or both of the fields, and more complex relationships can be used.
