Hye

I'm creating a form letter to be used by my company. It'll be use over and over again as a template. The prob is I don't know how to use the lookup fields in order to import the contacts into the letter.

I have two databases. One is for the letter itself, Form.fp5 and the other is for contact, contact2.fp5.

-How do i import from contact2.fp5 into Form.fp5?

I have this fields for Form.fp5:

To:

Address:

City: State:

Attention:

CC to:

I have this fields for contact2.fp5:

CustName: (link to To)

CustAddress: (link to Address)

City: (should be link to City)

State: (should be link to State)

ContactPerson: (should be link to Attention)

I've tried to use lookup for Address field and it works. In To field, I used pop-up list.

I tried to apply it to City, State, Attention and CC to fields, but it didn't work.

- Is it possible to use Lookup? If it is, how to use it and do I have to define value lists?

All I want is when the user inserts the To field with a name that they choose from the scroll list, the address, city, state and attention fields will also be fill-up automatically by the contact's dbase.

-Is it possible to do it?If it is, how?

Thanks in advance for all your response.

Regards.

Use importing or import script.
