Is it possible to print the contents of a portal without the lines surrounding each record (looks more like a text document and less like a spreadsheet)? It doesn't seem like it can be done, but I'm hoping a more experienced user can confirm or deny this. Thanks for reading!

The standard answer is "print from the related records". Use the Go to related record show only related, use a columnar list/report formated layout.

Non-standard answer ... yes you can print from portals and I do it; particularly in vs. 7.

Select your portal, right-click, select pen pattern and click the top leftmost box (transparent). Do the same with fill pattern. Your portal will disappear and your portal records will appear as straight text.
