Is there an easy way to draw a dotted line in FM7?

I am trying to draw in various lines where our customers with write in certain details, and there does not seem to be an option to have a dotted line, can this be true?

I have tried using the patterns available, but the results have varied from having no line at all to having a line made up of 2 rows of dots, can anyone help me?

There's not really a dotted line. Try using a pattern where the lines of the pattern are perpendicular to the line you're drawing.

Try Format -> Field Borders -> Text Baselines. The default is a good approximation of a dotted line, and can be further adjusted by selecting a thicker or thinner pattern.
